This is a great list but I think it’s also important for people who are into supplements to know, that just because antioxidants are good in a pill form, it doesn’t mean to take all of them. I’ve found that many people are over-doing antioxidants which actually can defeat the whole purpose of taking them and make the body more susceptible to becoming sick.
So true…I try to eat as clean as possible and getting most of my nutrition from real food.
