Not a lot change from last week. I think the first two weeks was just getting rid of water retention.

Weight: 57.3kg 126.4 lbs. –o.3kg

Thigh: 55.5 cm 21.8” Same

Hip: 95cm 37.4” same

Waist: 69cm 27.1” same

Belly: 79cm 31.1 same

Upper Arm: 25.5cm 10.03” -0.5cm
