Sizzling Beef in Sesame oil with Wasabimole

Wasabi is a root that grows in Japan. Wasabi has the ability to cleans the liver, it is anti-inflammatory and a great antioxidant that has proven to fight cancer.


Sizzling Beef in Sesame oil

600 gram Beef

¼ cup Tamari soy

¼ cup Apple cider vinegar

1/3 cup Sesame oil

Chili flakes

Salt and pepper

Chop the beef and marinate it in the marinade for about an hour or longer if you have the time.

Wasabimole (2 servings)

1 Avocado

1-2 tomatoes

¼ Red onion

Chopped cilantro

½ Lime juice

Salt and pepper

Wasabi paste (the one that is made on Japanese horseradish) after taste

Mash the avocado and mix in the lime juice. Chop onions, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and mix with the avocado taste with salt, pepper and wasabi depending how strong you want it to be.

Make sure you rinse off the marinade before you start or you will end up boiling the meat instead. Heat up I frying pan very hot and fry the meat quickly till the meat has a nice browning to it. I fried the meat in batches so it would not star to boil.

I’ve served the meat with oven-roasted Brussels sprouts, asparagus, eggplant, squash, red onion and bell pepper.
